Feed Forge model

Our model for the website, Cursor, and MCP — 20 credits per request

Feed Forge model

The model name is feed-forge. It is Feed Forge's own model for chat, coding, captions, hashtags, ideas, and images.

Every request deducts 20 credits as soon as it starts: website tools, Cursor completions, and MCP tools.

On the website

AI Chat, Content Generator, Hashtags, Ideas, and Images all use feed-forge and cost 20 credits each.

In Cursor as a model

1. Create a key in Settings.

2. Open Cursor Settings → Models.

3. Paste the key into OpenAI API Key.

4. Enable Override OpenAI Base URL: https://feedforgeai.com/api/v1.

5. Add custom model feed-forge, then select it in the model picker.

6. Use it to research the open project the same way as the other agent models. Each request deducts 20 credits.

In Cursor as MCP

MCP tools (draft_social_post, suggest_hashtags, coding_assist) also run on feed-forge and deduct 20 credits. Pass the same key:

Authorization: Bearer YOUR_FEED_FORGE_KEY

See Connect Cursor & Coding Tools.

Other assistants

You can still use GPT, Claude, or Grok as Cursor's own agent model. When you want Feed Forge itself, select feed-forge or call the MCP tools. Those calls are billed in Feed Forge credits, not as a separate product.
